With space and money at a premium, having a loveseat bed is a great idea. A loveseat bed, also called a loveseat sleeper, is basically a two person couch that can be opened out into a bed. It's a great piece of furniture to have when you've got some guests over.

A Loveseat Bed has the following advantages:

1. Saves Money - Rather than wasting money on buying one bed and one couch, you spend less than the cost of one of those to buy a loveseat bed.
2. Saves Space - A Loveseat Bed occupies less space than a normal bed. Since you won't have guests over round the year, you can just leave it in the form of a loveseat, and only open it out into a bed on nights when you have guests.
